The Ezi-Dock Ezi-Seal is an RTP Beta interface allowing the seamless integration of consumable attachments with RTP Alpha ports. Ezi-Seal is compatible with most existing 190mm and 270mm rapid transfer ports (RTP/DTPE), providing a range of standard and custom solutions for (aseptic) product and waste transfers. Our versatile BETA port interface is supplied as an injection moulded HDPE core with an FDA-approved silicone gasket to ensure a pressure tight seal to the interfacing ALPHA port. An attachment interface directly connected to the BETA core will enable the mating of different consumable parts depending on the solution required. Ezi-Seal can be gamma-irradiated for use in Clean Manufacturing environments.
Available in a range of standard volumes, Ezi-Seal BETA additions bags are manufactured from our robust 100µ Ezi-Flex LDPE film compatible with Gamma Irradiation. The film can be supplied open ended or sealed as required, and our in-house engineering and manufacturing teams are on hand to help you with custom solutions. Stainless Steel stands are available to provide support for large or delicate assemblies.

Ezi-Seal Handles
These compact, removable handles facilitate the rotation and locking of the BETA port into the existing ALPHA. The handles are fabricated from stainless steel and are interchangeable between different Ezi-Seal systems.
Ezi-Seal Opening Tool
Ezi-Seal parts can be used to load materials into contained spaces rather than being used as product removal. The opening tool aids in the removal of the beta door allowing items to be placed inside an Ezi-Seal attachment before loading into a contained space.

Available in a variety of volumes, Ezi-Seal waste bags are manufactured from our robust 200µ Ezi-Flex LDPE film so they can be safely used for a variety of contaminated process waste.
Ezi-Seal Continuous Liner (190 / 270)
Ezi-Seal can be equipped with a continuous liner system, constructed from our compliant 80μ Ezi-Flex LDPE film, folded into 15m or 30m long cassettes. The film can be crimped and cut to create multiple uses from a single liner spool. Stainless Steel continuous liner support stands are available.
